Clean, lovely hospitality, awesome place, great location, nice breakfast.
The property is right on the lake and very close walking distance to the attractions of the town. The hosts were very nice and also spoke great English. The onsens are also tattoo friendly.
This hotel was wonderful! The veiw from the room was beautiful. The yukata fit me even tho I'm a bit plus sized. We both loved the on site onsen. We were able to walk to the Yufuin shopping area in less than 10min. The staff were so kind, I actually had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and the staff helped us call an ambulance and waited around to help us talk to the emts. Despite the medical issues our stay here made the trip wonderful!
Wonderful location on a beautiful lake. When the day tourists leave it is very calm. They also have a nice onsen. Kind staff.
