The staff were super friendly and nice. The facility and rooms were comfortable and clean. I was worried it might be cold but the rooms were very warm.
Great hospitality, comfy room, clean toilet, free coffee and biscuit. Totally worth the price.
The interior was very cozy, walls inside gave off cozy cabin vibes. Everything felt clean, bathrooms and toilets felt and looked clean. I never bumped into anyone, never had to wait for shower use. Everyone was pretty quiet besides the normal sounds of people passing through or walking in the hallways. Staff communication was clear and straightforward. They have very strict check in time as many other stays in Japan are. Rooms were very cute, cozy, and spacious enough for one person. It’s like the dorm room I’ve never had.
It was close to the train station, and the toiletries provided were convenient. The room was exactly what I needed and nothing more.
The room had everything you needed without anything unnecessary, Nice coffee machine, also provided tea and sugared rusk as a treat, location is a 13 min walk from Biei station, complimentary laundry
