It’s pretty good on every aspect. The stuff is friendly, and the location is very convenient.

Location close to train station of using base for day trips. We had room with couch and chairs which was spacious and washing machine. Facility had free washing machines/dryers on first floor. Umbrellas provided. Plenty of storage room. Free detergent for washer. Small kitchen in room and shared kitchen in lobby.

Great location! The room was spacious and they had a washer and dryer in the building which was very useful. We had a wonderful time staying there and would definitely come back

The room is clean and cozy. The facilities are awesome. The storage room service even for the day you check out was really helpful

Great location fairly close to Kyoto station. We got the larger double bed room on the 5th floor which has tons of room for two of us. Having our own washer was great even if we needed to air dry. If that is too slow the dryers worked great down stairs. Yamato transport was able to forward our luggage to the property which was fantastic. Family Mart really close lol. Overall, they had very clear expectations for staying in the room, and a binder with instructions on how to use everything. Still getting used to beds in Japan, but would highly recommend.
