We really enjoyed our stay at the Richmond Fukushima Hotel Ekimae. We arrived by train from Nikko, and we had left a piece of luggage behind. The staff at the Richmond were so helpful in contacting the Nikko hotel and arranging for the forwarding of that luggage to Fukushima. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were on the smaller side, but very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is very convenient. Car park with reasonable price is available. Staff is so friendly and willing to help although we cant speak Japanese. We think we made the right choice for this trip to Fukushima.
Great location, it’s literally just outside the Fukushima train station.
The room we had was large and spacious. The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. They even had umbrellas tomorrow, for it rained on one of our days in Fukushima.
