The spa was the highlight and was open past midnight which was great with our late arrival. The little store in the lobby was appreciated since there were no nearby stores to buy a snack. We used the restaurant as well, and that was very helpful since there were no restaurants quick to walk to nearby. The bus at the hotel going to the train station was convenient and free. Thank you for that. The robes to wear around in the hotel were very comfortable. I would have bought a set if it were offered in the little store as a souvenir.

The hotel's location was perfect, with a shuttle to the train station for easy access to Disneyland. The spa and onsen were a pleasant surprise after a long day at the park. The lobby store offered a quick breakfast, and the egg sandwiches were delicious. A traveler's tip: we took a Limousine bus from Narita Airport to the train station and hopped on the hotel shuttle.

Rooms were very nice and the location and free shuttle to the train station near the Disney monorail was perfect!

Fantastic location at walking distance to DisneySea and with regular free shuttle busses going to the Maihama JR station (15-20 min interval). The public baths (free to use with your hotel stay, long opening hours and no need to book in advance) are fantastic with at least 3 indoor and 3 gorgeous outdoor baths and 2 saunas with cold dunking bath. Good buffet breakfast with decent selection and handy to have guests select a time slot so it never feels too crowded. Our room was huge!
