The staff was super friendly and helpful when I spoke in English and needed to drop off baggage before checking in. The location was super convenient.
Great location. Easy access to bus terminal for free ride to Aeon Mall.
Room is surprisingly spacious, same goes to its bathroom. Its beds are really wide. Furniture looks a bit dated but clean. WiFi is good, and there's ample electrical outlets. Friendly staff at the reception. Its rooftop has a great view of the surrounding area. It's nice that we can soak at its artificial hot spring, and enjoy its massage chair plus free ice-cream. There's a convenience store opposite. It's only a 3 mins' walk to Tokoname Station, some restaurants around it, and a supermarket where we bought a lot of stuff before leaving Japan the next day. The pottery village is not far away on foot, and it's a train stop away to Aeon Mall. The main reason staying here is the close proximity to the airport, its rate is quite value for money compared to those next to the airport.
