Room was ok for two people. Had utensils for eating and cutting food. Had our luggage delivered and they had it already in our rooms when we checked in. Bed was comfortable, great A/C. Location was great--Supermarket few meters away, and a few down the street and 24hr one in the ROX mall nearby, close to 24-hr MEGA DONKI. restaurants of all kinds--wagyu,halal places, sushi, and Turkish place. Sensoji literally a straight walk across the street. We took the airport bus to Haneda, and the stop was right in front of the the other hotel directly across the STAY SAKURA. There is the Tsukuba Express station right next to this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry downstairs.
