The room was very cosy and quiet, I had easy access to ice and vending machines. I liked spending time in my room.
It is in a great location, very central and near the castle. the hot spring was small but exactly what is needed. everything was well kept.
Very impressive outdoor onsen for ladies, enjoyed a lot when it was snowing. Clean and tidy, spacious room. Thank you for helping to remove the snow on the car.

The location is excellent being within easy walking distance of the station, and the bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel! Breakfast was very good and better value than eating out. The onsen was very nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful.
