Not too far from the bus or subway stations, but on a quiet street. The breakfast was prepared according to your choice from the menu. Drinks and snacks were available in the afternoon until 10 pm. A self-service laundry machine was located in the building.

Great location with comfortable accommodations including laundry machines. Especially liked the guest lounge with free snacks and beverages.

The property was clean, modern, and the staff was very gracious.

The hotel was pretty ideally located being close to the subway station and an easy walk to shopping and the Nishiki area. There are a lot of small restaurants very near the hotel. The hotel is very nice with a comfortable lounge with drinks and snacks. The rooms are a bit small. There is little room for suitcases larger than carryon size. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was very quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Good central location. Modern hotel rooms. Adequate size. Nice lounge area for full breakfast and afternoon tea, coffee, sodas and snacks. The staff was especially helpful from check in to check out. Helping with luggage, directions for food and sights and calling taxis. Four nights in the hotel. I would go back.
