Location is great. Restaurant and bars were great room was great
Lovely and very helpful staff. All of them speak English. Very helpful was the front desk staff lady from Denmark.
The staff were all friendly and very accommodating . Tammy was an exceptional leader .

I love this hotel and keep returning to it - be it with a friend or with my two kids. The king size bed was perfect for the three of us to sleep together, and the hotel has a lovely lounge where we could spend some time during the day playing chess and billiard, or eating and relaxing. The location is also great, in a residential, upscale area of Tokyo with plenty of small restaurants around.
