Amazing stay. Will definitely return. Host was incredibly kind. He answered all of my questions via booking messages before my arrival. He picked my kids and I up from Maiko ski resort and took us back the next morning. Chef prepared delicious meals for dinner and breakfast and even made special meals for my 2 year old on adorable plates. I felt so bad that the kids were so tired after a long day on the slopes to finish their food! Host spoke fantastic English which was also very helpful but kept the Inn very traditional Japanese style which I love. Bath was awesome, rooms were clean and cozy, and the coffee was ouishi!!

The meals served during breakfast and dinner were great! Every meal was different with a good balance of meat, veg, rice, and soup. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness put into the meal preparation by the staff. Hoshi san was also helpful in assisting us with renting the necessary snowboarding equipment, and ferrying us to and from the ski resort via the inn’s shuttle bus.
