It's our second time staying at this hotel, I liked the location (just outside Gojo station on the subway line), breakfast is excellent and reception staff helped with sending our luggage to our next hotel which is always a relief since we tend to buy quite a few things to take home and our suitcases are always heavy If we are ever back in Kyoto (hoping to come back to Japan next year) I'd most likely book this hotel again.

Location, kindness of all of the staff, thank you for everything. We rented bicycle fromJ-cycle not far from Vessel Hotel, and went to all the must- see destinations. 100% Recommended

Property I has an excellent location, the staff is friendly! Loved it

The rooms were decent size and clean. Staff was welcoming, and they even gave a toiletry bag and pajamas for the kids. Complimentary beverages until 11 pm every day was a bonus. The breakfast options were decent. The kids had complimentary cotton candy on arrival, which they really loved. Really recommend this place.

Great location for our stay in Kyoto. We had a quad room for 4 adult size people (family traveling with 20 year old and 16 year old kids). A little small but 2 rooms were not available so we made it work. We knew what we were getting ourselves into. We paid for breakfast, which is so nice to have before you leave your hotel for the day. A nice assortment of foods so everyone can find something they like to eat. I love that the drink machine is available throughout the day. And I loved the pajamas they provided. I wish we had taken the time to try the onsen.
