A very modern, new hotel - nice rooms plus a coffee area near reception and a nice bar and patio. Good location near tram stop.
Great location in the ancient city of Nagasaki. The beds were not as comfy as I would have liked but the location and price and cleanliness cannot be beat. We took advantage of their public bath and THAT was amazing.
We were in a great location. The washer and dryers were readily available and free. The onsen was both inside and outside for the women. The breakfast was reasonably priced and had excellent variety. I thought the staff was excellent and helpful. When we didn’t like the configuration of the room, Yusaku Inoue was very helpful to change our room. When I couldn’t check in for our flight to Okinawa the next morning, Chen asked if he could do it for me and made sure our taxi was ordered to get us to the airport on time. The manager even came out when my husband asked to see him. We would definitely stay there again.
Clean hotel room in a good location. The bath facilities on the rooftop were superb. Very good value for the cost.
It was very clean with friendly staff. I would like to stay at this hotel again.
