Great customer service. They were very patient and helpful. Always with a smile on their face. The room was with enough lighting, micro, kettle, cooler. Very clean.

Big room with microwave in room! Staff were helpful esp Ms. Thankar! Laundry on site reasonable n drying was good! 3-6mins from subway(Asakusabashi) and JR(Asakusabashi), very convenient! A few 7-11 and family marts around this area and a few nice restaurant nearby and open till late.

The facilities are super clean, the location is great, the food is fresh, they offered to all guests coffee in the afternoon and they had freebies all the time. But what I like the most was their staf. They were always willing to help, taking the time to hear our worries and always gave us a solution even when it was not even hotel related. Kudos to all of them and I want to thank them for their hospitality <3

The facility is very clean and modern. Breakfast is very good but I wish those group tourists could talk softer during breakfast time. The staff is very polite and friendly. The room is bigger than I expected. The location is excellent.

excellent location. Train station is 230 meters away. There are multiple restaurants, fast food and convivence stores around. You can walk to a few markets and easy access to Asakusa and Sensoji Temple.
