The staff here provided the best service I have ever experienced. When I asked about the availability of my favorite soft drink, the proprietor went to the market and bought me two bottles at no charge. When I checked out, the proprietor drove me to the airport, again at no cost. I had been staying at a military hotel in downtown Tokyo. The room here was the same size, but had a heater and microwave not provided at the other hotel. The shower at Robin is larger. The price is exceptionally low. The room was on the second floor, but the proprietor took my bag up. I would gladly stay here again!
