No breakfast was included. The location was not convenient to us and there's no elevator. Actually I booked this unit by mistake. I booked a hotel and didn't know why became this unit. Anyway, the host was very nice and friendly and waited for our arrival till very late at night.
Bathroom is big. The entire place is big and spacious actually.
A budget stay with everything you need. We liked the tatami and the massage chair was a credit. The apartment is spacious and comfy. Well cleaned. Free parking slot. Some Japanese comic books provided to kill some time. A charging cable is provided. (Although it is not valuable, not many accomodations provide one.)
