The staff were amazing and helpful. Food was very good. The resort areas for the hot springs were very comfortable and spacious. Parking was very easy. In particular, the accessible rooms were very comfortable.

The rooms were clean, the sheets and towels were soft, the bed was comfortable. I liked that my car was safe at night. We were within walking distance to the center of town, shops, and restaurants.
