The property was nice and clean and has lift access. Is located right above a supermarket which was handy.. walking distance to a really nice bakery and coffee shops and only a few minutes walk to the Royal Mall shopping centre .

The property seems to be recently build/renovated. Very spacious, with a nice TV, AC in the rooms, two bathrooms (being one a suite in the main room). Close to shops and restaurants. It is on the ground floor, but this hasn't impacted the sound...
