It's friendly staff wherein they accommodate your needs and were not strict especially the Guards on the lobby and at the parking area. Also the schedule for pick-up of Trash/garbage is on time. Overall my stay at this Condo is superb.

Very accessible. There is a laundry shop downstairs at P29/kg. There is also a cheap cafeteria within the building if you are on a tight budget, I paid P120 for a Pinoy breakfast (corned beef, egg, rice, water).

This hotel was a fantastic stay. The facilities, the room, the staff, and the dining were all excellent. I would 100% stay here again should I find myself in Cebu again. I can’t say enough great things about this property. Highly recommended!
