Great location, friendly staff and comfortable and secure hotel interior. Rooms including bathroom are good size and it wasn't noisy at night, even with the hotel being located in the city centre.

The other door was locked but we had a key card to open it. That felt very safe and we didn't have to worry if staff were at the desk. The room has a nice towel warming rack. Yea was provided and a electric teapot yay!

The location was great. It's not too far from the train station and in easy within walking distance of the main area of interest in the city. The room - we had a 3rd floor exec room - was spacious.

Room was very well equipped and bed comfortable. Very pleasant building, at a very good location near centre and overlooking Parker's Piece. Really good breakfasts. Helpful front desk staff.
