Always comfortable and clean. Facilities good and situated in a quiet area. Plenty of parking space. Convenient for the main road for traveling. Staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is good and food well cooked and plentiful.

Location is excellent for exploring Barnard Castle. Car parking was good, if a little out of the way, through a supermarket car park. Room was quite large, comfortable and clean, shower was really good. Breakfast good.
