The rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs were the most friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our car & the staffs helped us a lot. We loved our stay we extended another night!

Lovely nights stay. Very welcoming, made sure we knew everything we needed to know. Comfy bed and good shower pressure. Happy to help with requests. Even though the hotel is above a pub, no noise bothered us and we had an excellent night's sleep....

Beautiful historic building in a lovely setting. Very friendly staff. Easy walking distance to the town centre for bars, cafe's and the railway station. Also a short walk to Crosby beach to see Anthony Gormleys "Another Place " statues.

Staff were all lovely and welcoming to me as a solo traveler. Food was very good. Room was clean and very comfortable with nice view of the lake.

Fantastic room, facilities, massive room/bed... freebies, staff. Can't think of anything I disliked. Car park is free for residents, heck there's even an Aquarium!
