We where welcomed with chocolates and a bottle of bubbles Beautiful place to stay. The hostess Sarah was lovely.I would recommend if ever traveling in the area to stop off stay here.

Cute place , beautiful done , out side sitting area with chickens ..had a real homely feel ,was concerned when pulled up as the doors on the street , but this is only the door into the lovely court yard.

We loved our weekend at Wagtail cottage! Particular highlights included visits to the donkeys nearby and the beautiful log stove which kept us warm and toasty. The noticeboard suggestions for nearby attractions, places to bring kids on a rainy day...

The house was lovely and spacious and tastefully decorated, felt like home from home! Arrived to find a little bottle bubbly and treats which was a lovely surprise too. Garden enclosed so was safe for dogs to have fresh air, and adults were happy...

Breakfast was amazing lots of choice and staff were fantastic. We travelled with our dog and were able to use the breakfast room in the morning along with other pups on their holidays as well. Really well organised.

Location was ideal. 5 min walk from the station/bus stops and the town centre. Very comfortable, welcoming. Milk sugar tea coffee waiting in the kitchen. Would highly recommend staying in this property.
