The staff were really attentive and friendly, no waiting around. Convenient location as it was the first time I've ever stayed in that location so literally stepped out the door and caught a bus into Nottingham centre.

The room was nice and spacious, it had a large ensuite bathroom and in room tea/coffee. The bed was comfy and they had breakfast in the hotel as well as a pub.
