we loved everything about this hotel absolutely wonderful stay our room was fantastic it had a queen size bed and amazingly comfortable, facilities, food , The Staff were so friendly and it was Close to the NEC Birmingham and the airport.

the staff were all relaxed and very easy going which creates a very relaxed and comfy atmosphere, nothing was hard to communicate and all asked accomodations were exceeded upon. The queen room was a great space and with very good lighting options.
