The location was perfect for us. We were only at the hotel for 10 hours, so we were unable to enjoy any of the amenities. However, the woman at the front desk who checked us in was INCREDIBLE! Very friendly, informative and helpful!!!

Staff is spot on and we love the location for our bi-annual trip to the Extravaganza. Plenty of parking and lots of food choices close by. Safe place to walk our dogs too.

The property was clean & well maintained. My room was off an interior corridor and in a quiet area so I felt safe. Each time I entered the employee at the desk greeted me. I noticed at breakfast that food was replenished as needed.

Had a major problem with the first room we received, but the front desk was quick to fix the situation. What could have been a terrible stay was fixed quickly. Thank you to the manager and front desk fr being so friendly and helpful.

When we first got there, we didn't have a conjoined room as we requested. They didn't hesitate and helped us get a room that works best for us! We loved how big the rooms were and that we had conjoined so our friends' kids and ours could play....
