Everything from the great reception staff. The great food amazing
Breakfast was good, all the staff were excellent. VERY helpful.
Room was somewhat small but comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable and my room was quiet. Minimal noise from the pub downstairs.
When I arrived the Customer Service from Karen was fantastic 10/10. The room was clean and everything worked inclding the shower, no water on the outside floor
Great breakfast was provided for free since there was no laundry service as advertised.
