What a beautifully unique experience our stay at 'Contained' was! We were left in awe not only by the natural ambience of the valley in which the venue is located, but also the ingenuity and care evident in the design and features of the shipping container-based units. They seemed to seamlessly integrate into each other. We also couldn't get our heads around how so much had been placed within what should have felt like a constrained space - the unit was very much up there with the best that you'd find in any 'resort'. Sitting on the balcony, watching the sun set over the range with nothing but the sounds of water running along the nearby creek in the background - THIS was holiday relaxation.

Peaceful, simple and clean container house at a beautiful location. Coffee and tea (with milk) was provided, and there were also snacks that could be purchased. Bathroom was equipped with hot water system, shampoo etc, towels and hair dryer. The night sky was clear and I could see the milky way with my bare eyes. A perfect weekend getaway. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about the property and had so much fun exploring the orchard and creek. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms were beautifully appointed. Our hosts went out of their way to help. My favourite moments were relaxing on the porch at the beginning and end of each day, with only the sounds of nature.
