Having stayed at Goonoo Goonoo before, I wanted to share the beautiful countryside ambience and history of the station with my partner. She was not disappointed, making many comments about the peaceful nature of the property and the attractiveness of the surrounding landscape. While the rooms are welcoming, modern and clean, the highlight of the venue is The Glasshouse Restaurant which again did not disappoint with the absolutely delectable dinner we enjoyed. For the price paid (Shearer's Quarters), my guest experience was as highly commendable as it had been for previous stays.
Clean and modern room with lots of luxurious touches. Lovely staff. Excellent restaurant on the property. Beautiful grounds, very well taken care of.
Countryside location, amongst original station buildings was an excellent environment. Grounds were immaculate. Well renovated and maintained.
