I loved everything about our stay. The host was lovely & accommodating. Great communication and excellent facilities. This charming guesthouse embraces its historic beginnings, with the added benefit of many little luxuries thrown in eg tv, fridge, heater, coffee pod machine. Even my 11yr old daughter loved staying here, and was chuffed with the shared outdoor bathroom facilities.
The location was so accessible to the adelaide hills
It was a perfect accomodation for me, being tucked away from the main house gave it a private feel and the dining room and bedroom was quite spacious for my need.
There's ample street parking outside, and a short drive into Mt Barker.
Location was good and very convenient to Mt Barker region and the Adelaide Hills. The rooms of the accommodation (2) were well presented and comfortable. The house they were in had historic charm and character. Shared, facilities were clean
and convenient. Good value for money. Although on a fairly busy road during the daytime, road noise was not a problem and the nights were very quiet. We'd stay there again if we were to visit the Hills again.
The cottage was cosy and has modern facilities. The bed was very comfortable and warm. There were lots of doonas and there were 2 heaters available to use. There were coffee pods for the coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and TV. Milk, sugar and tea were also provided.
Big bathroom with bath tub/shower. Soft towels provided. Toiletries included.
Everything was clean. There were card games and books in the cottage as well.
