Front staff are amazing. Friendly on arrival and on checkout.
Well appointed and located Canberra Hotel. Close to all the galleries and other sites. Loved the breakfast, it's not buffet, but absolutely delicious and good choices and great value. Room was very good, comfortable beds, everything worked well except bathroom, see below. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely room, breakfast was nice. There was suitable parking but we usually had to park in the overflow to the right side of the hotel. It was fine but a bit of a walk to our room.
The room was big and had all the facilities, very comfortable bed. Great location for sightseeing.
Reception and in room dinning services are great.
Delicious food at a reasonable price at the restaurant.
Hotel has a wonderful historic feel and adornments, but yet still moderns and comfortable. But restaurants service and ability to manage payments for meals/drinks needs improvement
