On arrival Monica was very friendly and efficient. After entering our room I found the tv not working so called reception, and got a prompt response. An upgrade to another room was offered and accepted.. Room was very comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. It is very convenient having the restaurant there for breakfast and dinner. The courtyard area was a lovely place to sit outside the room.
The room was a great size. The pool was beautiful if not a tad too cold to swim but great for a foot paddle.
