Big room , nice location and clean. Nice and warm duvet
It was great that the whole check in process was independent of office hours. It meant I could arrive late a night without worrying.
Also, communication through messages was very good and made it very easy to self check-in.
Responses to my questions were always answered very promptly.

A great sized room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom as well as heating which was essential for a winter stay. There was even a shared kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The location was great, being on a road with plenty of shops and great public transport, with the train station only a few minutes walk away and the trams making easy access to the city. The room was excellent value for money and I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Melbourne
Location is close to metro station and has tram right outside the facility, restaurants near by. The building is very old, so are the rooms.
