The location was super convenient. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The dedicated study area was a nice touch. The gym and pool both well-maintained. Having free parking included was definitely a plus. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and the communication from the hosts was clear and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Melbourne.

The property is in a good location - Southbank - and easy walk to city. Collection of keys was great - Edward communicated all the time and was waiting for us. The apartment is in a big tall complex but was easy to navigate. The 3 bedroom apartment was quite spacious and clean. Nice views and quiet at night. For a family of five it's a good place to be.

The host provided the information ahead of time, with clear and precise instructions. Key collection was at a separate location, but very close to the apartment--it was not a hassle nor was it difficult to retrieve the keys.

Location, gym, pool, washer and dryer was very handy. We also enjoyed using the kitchen for breakfast as this saved us time and $ for our trip.

Location is convenient for business and travel by bus or walk; good for cooking with kitchen staff.
