Manager/owner very welcoming he wanted to change our room to a better room

The staff was amazing made sure I was fine the minute I walked into the mud crab hotel offered me the the best room without no extra fees will recommend to stay there agian
Really clean room, fluffy towels, comfy bed and a great shower. Brook offered me a place to park my motorbike inside the courtyard because it is more secure and then made me a delicious vegetarian pizza in the on-site cafe. Such a warm welcome.
Staff were very friendly, great value on the Burger and Chicken Rolls
I had made a mistake and booked for the following month. Thank goodness someone else had left a day early as it had been fully booked otherwise. And after checking the cleaning had been completed, I was directed to my room.
Very friendly staff who gave pointers for things to do in Derby over the weekend.
