The apartment is on the 56th floor with fast elevators and a 24 hour desk for the hotel part of the high rise building along with a manned security desk. I found these staff helpful with Taxis and recommendations for day trips and other needs of the typical tourist. The location is within a couple of walking blocks of the main shoping area on Queen Street within the central business area. A few blocks further is the botanical gardens for a nice respite from the busy city. The apartment itself is recent and very modern with the accutraments of a high end residence, appliances, bedding, safety and wifi etc. Management was always prompt,cordial and resourceful when any issues arose of which there were few. I would highly recommend this unit for its quiet, comfort, and convenience.
