Studio 38 was peaceful & quiet, typical of a country setting looking out across the horse paddocks, shower was instantly hot with excellent water pressure. Bed & pillows very comfortable. The provision of shampoo & conditioner in the Bathroom would be a welcome addition as it wasn't provided. It was a very rainy night so we weren't able to venture outside at the property. Owner was very friendly & introduced herself on our arrival.
Highly recommend meal at Ottilies Restaurant in Mullumbimby. We thoroughly enjoyed our Pizza, French Onion Soup & Carpaccio of Kingfish.
Our one night was very comfortable.
The location was beautiful and quiet. The apartment was super comfy and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. It was very clean and well furnished.

The property is in a beautiful rural area close to Mullumbimby and was a convenient location to be able to drive to Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay and Nightcap National Park. The room and bathroom are large, clean and well appointed. It looks to be a very recent renovation with a new small kitchen with everything you could need to make a delicious hot breakfast. The hosts were easy to correspond with by text. The studio is private and has a small balcony perfect for breakfast.
We stayed for 2 nights at Studio 38 and it was fantastic! Exactly what we were looking for. A clean, comfortable, and cosy retreat in a beautiful location. Perfect for exploring the Byron Bay hinterland and surrounds. We would stay again if in the area.
