Everything was perfect. The apartment was awesome, the views magnificent and the location was walking distance to food, bars, groceries.
Definitely location. Great views and comfortable enough. Security of property. Quick and efficient communication with manager.
Loved the location and spectacular view of the beach. The apartment was beautifully presented, modern and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee machine.
Great location & spectacular view of ocean. Walking distance to harbour, beaches, pubs, parks. Some great little restaurants close by - no need to take the car. No street noise or disturbance from other residents. Apartment very well equipped, clean & comfortable. Excellent value for money. Will be awesome when the beachfront & mall redevelopment is completed.
