Great location, two brilliant restaurants, friendly well trained staff. Room was comfortable, and mostly clean though I feel the shower cleanliness could have been at a better level, my only real gripe.
The staff are great here. The room is very comfortable including the beds are very comfortable. Good coffee in the downstairs cafe. I like the toiletries and that they use good toilet paper. Great location. At the pricier end for Carlton but worth it when compared to other options.

Great location... 10 mins walking distance to city & markets, close to museum, Lygon st restaurants. Had a nice arty vibe. Easy to park car & access as needed.
Location waa perfect to get to Lygon Street events, the cbd and Victoria markets.
