The place is very nice and close to the main beach. Parking is a big issue in this hotel. I have to find and pay a double for another parking area. Also, the reception didn't answer my calls in order to try to book a spot for parking in the hotel.

Excellent location. Light rail right outside door, quick 5 minute walk to beach and Cavill Ave. Restaurants in immediate vicinity. Room was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and views over river were superb. I cannot fault. Immaculate in all areas. Absolutely 5 star staff and service. I travel a lot and use a lot of IHG hotels, none come close to this one.

Absolute shit! Bad smell in the bathroom, like someone had already used the toilet. Also bad stale smell coming from the aircon Dusty Absolute incompetence on the front desk, could not even be bothered to help with regards to parking or lack of. Had to park our car 3 blocks away in a public carpark.
