We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was very cozy and stylish, with new furniture, furnished with everything you need. The apartment was 3 minutes away from the metro station, there was a supermarket across the street and a small park right around the corner. I highly recommend this apartment, it has a very good value for money.
