Very centrally located. Bus from near doorstep to the subway station. Walking to subway 10 min. Ride into town 9 min to Stephan’s dome. For a single person offers enough space, feels safe and is functional. Rental bicycles within a minute, two restaurants/ bars and an ice cream parlour within a minute.

The apartment is lovely. It's in an old building but renovated which was cool. It looked nice and cozy and had everything we needed as fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The host was nice and friendly and gave us all the detailed information for the check-in. The location is good and very easy to go to the city center and Prater.

It's not luxurious, but I've been staying here regularly for over 10 years when on business cause it's close to the VIC, has everything I need, seamless checkin and best price. If I stay in the core city Innertadt,the price is 3x. Not having to take the packed subways in the morning is important for me. I prefer walking to work.
