The hosts were very nice, helpful and responsive. They helped us with every question we had and were quick to respond with our simple requests like a cleaning sponge for dishes, salt. The house was very clean and comfortable with fresh linens and towels.. The location was good in a residential neighborhood but a short drive to the cable car. They let us check in early, and store our luggage for half a day after we checked out.
