It was not the most luxurious stay, nor the most central. But it was perfect! Five minutes away from Spar, in walking distance from the Arena, across the street from the Ski Bus Station and with a beautiful view of the river - what can we have asked more? Our small Rubin flat was more than enough for the three of us, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was modern, with heated floors and music :) Really nice!
Rang the bell, was answered right away to be shown into ap[apartment and around. Communicated within app to narrow down arrival times. Apartment was nice and clean. Well appointed. One slept in the sofa daybed and the other slept in bedroom. Not a lot of space for 2 people, but just enough. We cooked lunches and breakfast in apartment with ease. Convenient to grocery, trains, ski bus. Scenic. The ski room with heated boot rack was a convenience for sure.
It was super clean, confortable. Good location, walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and skibus. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

The views from the apartment and the constant sound of the river are mesmerising and disconnect from daily life. Although we were there during the closed season, the owner was helpful in providing information on things we could do. The location is also very central with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes within walking distance. One of my best stays in Austria! Will definitely come again!
