Great studio for family of 4 persons with all needed kitchen appliances, very close to the ski-gondel. Despite short distance to the quite busy main toad connecting Wagrain and Flachau it was quiet in the studio allowing us good rest after the skiing. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The animals from the farm complemented the excellent experience with the "back to the roots" feeling. Different kinds of fresh bakeries delivered to the door can be ordered a day in advance. The ski locker with heating was included in the price at the gondel station, as well as free entrance to the swimming pools in Wagrain. Note: despite the fact that according to.the description of the studio we expected the private bathroombeing located "next door", it was actually within the studio :-) ...

Good clean rooms, modern kitchen appliances. Good view. Lovely host was very friendly and helpful. Big yard with things for the kids. They also have washing machines. I recommend this place for families with small kids that need a yard to run around and play at the end of the day (summer vacation).

The location between wagrain and flachau. The owner was very helpful, did her best to help. The playground and the farm were great for the children. Kitchen well equipped

Very good location, right next to the ski slopes, with keeping the skis and ski boots next the cable car. Very nice owner. The room was realy cute and clean. We really enjoyed our time spent here and will be happy to come back.
