The location is good. Friendly owners who don't complicate things, and the apartment is very comfortable...
The only downside is that they don't have a separate space for storing skis and ski boots.

Nice and comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Located in a small and quiet village. Ski resorts are within easy reach.
