The check-in/out process was very straightforward.

The instructions we were given were very clear and the photos sent were helpful. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Only a suggestion but - an iron/ ironing board would have been useful but definitely not a deal breaker. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was warm. We went in November when the weather was cold.
