Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Superb location with an excellent, always accessible and very helpful host. Sabine was a perfect host. Highly recommended and will definitely look for the same place next time in Klagenfurt.
I stayed here for 9 months and would happily do so again if the opportunity arose! The location is great. Around 10 minutes away from the main train station and 5 from many attractions in the old center, including the City Arkaden mall and the iconic Lindwurm statue and square. Very accessible bus lines even just a couple minutes away, plus a grocery store just a couple minutes away.
The apartment is very well equipped, from shampoo etc to cooking implements and even basic cooking needs (salt, oil, flour, tea, etc.) Very welcoming hosts who were always quickly responsive and very helpful! Plus thoughtful - the new door code function makes it so you don't have to worry about losing keys!

Super nice and welcoming host who provided me with great advice regarding bars/attractions in Klagenfurt and answered all questions immediately. She was very generous with the check-out time and always kept in touch and offered her help.

I stayed in Sabine and Josef’s apartment for eight months this past year and have only positive things to say about it - in fact, I’ll be returning again next year.
The location is great - a five minute walk to the center and fifteen minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof - but the surroundings are not too loud or busy. The apartment comes thoroughly equipped with things from extra blankets to kitchen supplies. The spaces are pleasant and inviting with cute decor. It's also quite spacious - when my family visited, I was able to sleep everyone in the living room with no problem.
The owners are friendly, responsive, and flexible. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Klagenfurt!
