Well kept, clean, well equipped, good location (bus 4a runs every 10 minutes, but Stadtpark and Belvedere also just a short walk away.
The apartment was in a perfect location for my travel needs and the room was super quiet (always a plus for me).
Near the center town, in a quiet and peaceful place, clean and comfortable studio flat
Apartment is comfortable, location is not far from city. We walk every day on the foot to the city center and only 3-4 minutes distance to Stadpark metro. I was in Wien before but this location is best for my oponion. Belvedere and Stadpark is near by. We have visited Wien on November and the weather was cold but apartment was standart warm. Everything was clean and apartment is smart new building. Sound isolation of apartment is great we didn't hear nothing from street or from neighbors. I was guest at here for 9 days everything was realy perfect. I recommend everyone who wants to spend his travel in Vienna.
Everything was great, the communication with the host as well as the flat, the furnishing and the location. We would definitely recommend and come back!
