Nice and clean appartement. Meet my expectations. Great customer service!

Parking right in front of the building. The apartment was very clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. Appliances were modern. It all had a good feeling about it. Windows are on opposite sides of the flat so it is possible to air out quickly. The area is a quiet residential area. Recommended for everyone who has no problem using their car to get anywhere.

Very kind hosts, helpful by late check in and in all of our needs (we could even borrow some butter for our first breakfast). The Appartement is equipped with all necessary items, even iron and ironing board. Everything was very clean- comfortable beds, absolutely quite surrounding! Easy free parking- close to the center, nice garden in the backyard with an orchard.. we will surely return when in Linz again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully equipped, and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Linz!

We enjoyed our stay in this Linz apartment. Our host Marion was really welcoming and we appreciated her helpful information about things to do in the area. The apartment was spacious, quiet and well-equipped and we were able to park our car in a designated space on the street. We liked the location of the apartment but it is actually in the district of Langholzfeld (great for access to local supermarkets and shops) which is 10km away from Linz Old Town.
